Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Core Compensation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core HCM applications, with a focus on Workday Core Compensation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize Workday Core HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Core HCM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Compensation. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Workday modules such as Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Talent Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Workday security and reporting. - Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Workday solutions. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
