Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Murex Front Office Finance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Murex Front Office Finance applications to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Murex Front Office Finance and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience in Green field implementation - Working knowledge in pricing and trade entry - Knowledge of MLC/VAR/Simulation module and view creation - Knowledge of Dynamic tables/DataMart module and trade query creation - Knowledge of full trade life cycle and events - Rate curves/ Generators/currency pairs/Market data Knowledge - Recon Knowledge- Static/PL/MV/Greeks/Cash flow - Pre settlement risk / Credit risk - Credit and Market Risk, Knowledge of MLC and VaR. - Knowledge on Products like Fixed Income, Equities and Money Market Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Murex Front Office Finance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
