Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are developed and maintained effectively to support the organization's needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and troubleshooting application issues. You will have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and contribute to the success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications based on the defined specifications. - Configure and customize applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members in application development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration. - Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong understanding of SAP architecture and components. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA administration. - Recommendation: Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP Solution Manager. - Recommendation: Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA. - Recommendation: Understanding of SAP transport management system (TMS). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
