Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed and implemented efficiently and effectively, while meeting the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing applications using Spring Boot, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure they meet the desired functionality and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and develop applications using Spring Boot, ensuring they meet the business process and application requirements. - Test and debug applications to ensure they meet the desired functionality and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team during the development and implementation phases. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Knowledge of database systems and SQL. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
