Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday US Payroll. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: 5 (or more) years of techno-functional experience supporting and implementing Workday HCM with: Payroll (US and Canada) - Create new deduction and earning codes - Payroll process - Run retro and regular pay calc - GL updates - Run Gl. process Benefits (US and Canada) - Configure new benefits plans - Update Change benefits and Change Life events BPs - Configure passive events - Configure OE and any updates related to OE - Analyze benefits vendor integration issues Time and Absence - Configure time sheets, time sheet templates and time calculations - Troubleshoot time calculations when new codes are introduced - Configure new absence plans and leaves Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Workday US Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Workday HCM, Workday Integrations, and Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of Workday Payroll business processes and configuration. - Experience in developing and maintaining Workday Payroll reports. - Experience in developing and maintaining Workday Payroll interfaces. - Experience in developing and maintaining Workday Payroll calculations.
