Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and integrated effectively to enhance business processes and meet the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications are aligned with industry best practices and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and configure applications using Workday Core Integrations. - Implement and test integrations to ensure they meet the business process and application requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and integration. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in application development and integration. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user guides. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing integrations using Workday Studio or EIB. - Knowledge of Workday business processes and data models. - Familiarity with web services, XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST protocols. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - No specific education requirements.
