Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve business processes and increase efficiency. - Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Good To Have Skills: Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Experience in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and configuration. - Experience in developing technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
