Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on product development strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of product development strategies to meet business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Ensure the quality of the application by conducting thorough testing and debugging, and implementing necessary changes. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in product development strategy and technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in product development strategy. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development, project management, and team leadership. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing software solutions using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Experience in database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in product development strategy. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
