Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to address complex problems. With your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain SAP ABAP applications for HANA. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and implement enhancements and customizations to meet business needs. - Perform unit testing and support integration testing of developed applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP applications. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques. - Experience in developing and optimizing SAP ABAP code for HANA database. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with ABAP applications. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A BE or BTech in any discipline is required. A PGDBM or MBA would be an advantage.
