Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging code. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Informatica MDM, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications. - Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that team members are continuously learning and growing. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Packaged Application Development, including Informatica MDM, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage."
