Summary: As a Scrum Master for the Application Developer team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. Your typical day will involve leading the team in Agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Application Developer team in Agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services to meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. - Continuously improve team performance by identifying and implementing process improvements, including Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and software development best practices. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project risks. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Must have SAP Implementation Skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
