Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Workday Core Integrations and Workday Studio to develop innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, develop, and test Workday Core Integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Configure and customize Workday Studio to meet integration requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations and integration concepts. - Experience in designing and developing complex integrations using Workday Studio. - Knowledge of Workday HCM data model and business processes. - Familiarity with Workday security framework and data privacy regulations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Mandatory Workday Core Integrations certification and Workday Studio experience are required. Workday Studio certification is preferred but not mandatory.
