Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging code. You will also engage with multiple teams to gather requirements and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: " Lead the design, development, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement." Professional & Technical Skills: "Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in other MDM tools such as IBM InfoSphere MDM or SAP Master Data Governance. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions. - Strong understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts. - Experience in working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
