Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using OpenText ECM Tools • Configure and customize OpenText ECM Tools to meet specific business needs. • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. • Ensure that all applications are developed according to industry standards and best practices. Technical Experience: • Must To Have Skills: Experience with OpenText ECM Tools (xECM Technology and Core Capture Solutions specialization) • Good To Have Skills: Experience in IBM-FileNet ECM Tools and Image capturing tool Quillix • Should have good analytical skills with experience in OpenText ECM Tools i.e. OpenText Content server(OTCS), OTDS, Core Archive/OTAC, xECM for SAP and OpenText Core Capture. • Should have good knowledge on xECM for SAP solutions. • Should have sound knowledge on Open Text Capture solutions (Core Capture/Intelligent Capture) and able to write custom scripting. • Should have good knowledge of archiving and SAP ADA (archiving document access) component. • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. • Experience with Java, JavaScript and related technologies Professional Attributes: • Good communication skills written and oral. • Should be able to work in multicultural multi location multivendor team environment. • Eagerness to learn and develop self on an ongoing basis. • Should be a good team player. • Should have good client handling skills. Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using OpenText ECM Tools15 years full time education
