Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components and ensuring their seamless integration into the existing system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Implement and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based in Jaipur. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
