Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and developing solutions, and testing and debugging applications. You will also be involved in maintaining and enhancing existing applications, as well as providing support to end-users. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Test and debug applications to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues that arise. - Maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. - Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Assist in documenting application design, development, and maintenance processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its various features and functionalities. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. - Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data migration. - Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Console. - Knowledge of Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
