Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the organization's goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and coding applications, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. Additionally, you will provide support and maintenance for existing applications and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement software solutions using Python programming language. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning correctly. - Provide support and maintenance for existing applications. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with designing and building applications based on business requirements. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Degree is required.
