Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing applications using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, develop, and test applications using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business process and application requirements. - Ensure that the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. - Experience in designing and developing reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and data modeling. - Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. - Knowledge of other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Oracle Reports. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
