Must have Skills : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Good to Have Skills : Java Enterprise Edition Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Lead solutions on AEM while leveraging integrations with marketing, commerce, data products and technologies Define Platform strategy for clients using AEM, Creative and Experience Cloud products Define technical solutions for client problems, estimate and formulate a delivery approach for medium to large scale programmes Provide subject matter expertise in client presentations C-Suite, and ability to influence decision making Bring in relevant industry insights and experience implementation Technical Experience : AEM expertise with more than 5 years of experience in leading AEM implementations In depth knowledge expert level on Adobe Content, Marketing and Experience platforms Leadership in development of online-offline experiences using Adobe Experience Cloud products Proven Leadership in large Adobe transformations with E2E implementations of AEM sites meet performance, security, and scalability requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, design, to ensure AEM solutio Professional Attributes : Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision c: Effective Co-ordination and Analytical skills Leadership skills to lead a team of AEM specialists, marketing Educational Qualification: Min 15 years of continuous education Additional Info : implementation and customization of AEM solutions, performance meetMin 15 years of continuous education
