Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing the applications, and testing and debugging them to ensure their functionality and performance. You will also be responsible for documenting the application design and providing support and maintenance as needed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop applications according to specifications and deliver them on time. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Document the application design and provide support and maintenance as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP Hybris Commerce. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and SOAP. 6+ years of design/development experience in SAP Hybris eCommerce. Experience with hybris data modelling, integrations with various third-party systems such as payment systems, etc Experience customizing Backoffice module customization, cronjobs, hot folder jobs, cart, checkout, personalization and smart edit Experience integrating hybris with IAM tools such as ping idp Experience with working on high volume e-commerce applications with focus on performance and scalability Experience writing groovy scripts, flexible search queries, impex Individual contributor able to resolve issues without much help Experience with code reviews, designs, architecture, code quality tools, unit tests, static security scan tools, application monitoring tools Very good experience with REST API integrations by following best practices to improve performance and scalability. Good knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices. Knowledge on User authentication and flow within Hybris Experience with Spartacus (OCC Backend APIs) and SAP CCV2 environments Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
