Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed in line with industry best practices and standards, and that they meet the needs of the business. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing the applications, and testing and debugging them to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and test applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Debug and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems. - Document the application design, development, and testing processes for future reference. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application development. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in application development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development methodologies and practices. - Participate in meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications. - Knowledge of SAP HANA database and its integration with SAP ABAP. - Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP applications. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies. - Experience in debugging and resolving issues in SAP ABAP applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
