Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. You should have Data Engineering Lead with extensive experience in Python, AWS, and large-scale data platform design. This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders while driving modernization and innovation in data engineering practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Define and drive the data engineering strategy, architecture, and best practices. - Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale data pipelines and orchestration frameworks. - Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and product owners to shape data modernization initiatives. - Evaluate and introduce accelerators, automation, and AI-driven productivity tools into engineering workflows. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a large offshore/onsite team. - Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of AWS-based data solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on data engineering capabilities and roadmap Professional & Technical Skills: - 8+ years of experience in data engineering with strong Python expertise. - Proven track record of leading large-scale data integration and orchestration programs on AWS. - Expertise in AWS services (Glue, EMR, Redshift, Step Functions, Lambda, Kinesis, Lake Formation). - Strong architectural knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and data mesh concepts. - Experience in leading distributed teams and managing delivery at scale. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to AI/ML integration in data engineering workflows is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
