Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement applications, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and quality standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Business Requirements Analysis - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for making team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and implement applications based on business requirements - Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues - Provide technical support to end-users Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies - Experience in designing and developing applications - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C# - Familiarity with database management systems - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies - Experience with version control systems - Knowledge of web development frameworks Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A BE degree is required
