Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also contribute to key decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide problem-solving solutions. With your expertise in Workday Core HCM, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining efficient and effective applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions that align with business needs. - Ensure the applications meet the required standards and specifications. - Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application development. - Assist in the documentation of application requirements, design, and functionality. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues. - Ensure the security and integrity of the applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and best practices. - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday US Absence Management. - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and modules. - Experience in designing and developing Workday integrations and custom reports. - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices. - Familiarity with Workday business processes and configuration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Workday. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
