Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and coding the applications, and testing and debugging them to ensure they function properly. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting the application design and providing support and maintenance for the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Code and test applications to ensure they function properly and meet the specifications. - Debug and fix any issues or bugs in the applications. - Document the application design, including technical specifications and user manuals. - Provide support and maintenance for the applications, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
