Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and requirements. You will also engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide problem-solving solutions for your team and across multiple teams. With your expertise in Workday Core HCM, you will play a crucial role in developing and configuring applications to optimize business processes and enhance user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - Collaborate with the team to design and implement solutions that align with business needs - Optimize business processes and enhance user experience Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday US Absence Management - Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities - Experience in designing and configuring Workday Core HCM modules - Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy best practices - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday Core HCM Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A Workday Absence resource is required
