Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements - Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze requirements - Develop and implement software solutions - Perform code reviews and provide feedback - Troubleshoot and debug applications - Ensure software meets quality standards and follows best practices - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements - Mentor junior team members - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Adaptive Integrations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Workday modules such as Workday HCM, Workday Financials - Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies - Experience with REST and SOAP web services - Knowledge of XML, XSLT, and XPath - Familiarity with Workday security and data privacy standards Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - Should have Workday Integration and Studio Certification and experience in Workday Integrations
