Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components to enhance the functionality and user experience of applications. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize Salesforce platform features, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of applications. - Collaborate with the testing team to conduct system and integration testing. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development best practices. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Communities and Salesforce Integration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and data model. - Experience in developing and deploying Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
