Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and implementing the application architecture, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of the code. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance the applications. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Document the application design, architecture, and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Storm. - Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts. - Experience with real-time data processing and stream processing frameworks. - Knowledge of Java programming language. - Experience with data integration and data processing pipelines. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Storm. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
