Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that may arise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, developing software solutions, and conducting testing and debugging activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions. - Develop, test, and debug applications to ensure their smooth functioning. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality. - Participate in the continuous improvement of applications by identifying and implementing enhancements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of best practices in application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing. - Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS customization and extension. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS Financials. - Experience with Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS technical tools and technologies. - Experience with Oracle EBS performance tuning and optimization. - Understanding of Oracle EBS security and access controls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
