Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components to enhance the functionality and user experience of applications. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Configure and customize Salesforce platform features, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of applications. - Collaborate with the testing team to conduct system and integration testing. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user guides. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce. - Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. - Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
