Summary: As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring adherence to agile principles and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure alignment and delivery of business value. - Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices, including continuous improvement, transparency, and customer focus. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Experience leading and managing agile projects, including facilitating agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
