Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the code. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement software solutions using Selenium and other relevant technologies. - Test and debug applications to ensure functionality and efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the applications. - Document the design, development, and testing processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing web applications. - Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
