Key Responsibilities 1. Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) solutions 2. Create or update functional and technical design documents for ODA intents, entities, and dialogue flows 3. Perform end-to-end functional and technical testing of ODA bots 4. Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Oracle Digital Assistant development 5. Hold demos, functional, and technical discussions with onshore teams, including end customers 6. Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction in ODA projects Functional Experience 1. Functional experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces using Oracle Digital Assistant 2. Extensive Oracle Digital Assistant configuration experience based on business requirements 3. Act as the subject matter expert leading clients to architect, design, and implement Oracle Digital Assistant solutions Technical Experience 1. Proficient in creating and optimizing ODA intents, entities, and dialogue flows 2. Experience in integrating ODA with backend systems using REST APIs and web services 3. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) principles as they apply to ODA 4. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and its features related to ODA development Professional Experience 1. Strong written and oral communication skills 2. Interact and deliver results by working with cross-organizational team members 3. Strong team handling skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills 4. Committed to meet project deadlines and deliver quality outcomes 5. Able to handle client discussions independently with excellent communication skills Educational Qualification 1. B.E/B.Tech/MBA/MCA Additional Information 1. Prior experience with 1 or more Oracle Digital Assistant projects 2. Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred
