Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Java Full Stack Development and the ability to work independently and contribute to team discussions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define application requirements. - Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using Java Full Stack Development technologies. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the applications. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate. - Experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.
