Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As main mandate, the Kinaxis Platform Owner : Oversees the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of SCP activities (mainly Kinaxis & integration layer) Defines governance processes, standards, and policies for platform usage and security Collaborates with stakeholders (esp. product teams) to understand requirements and prioritize platform enhancements & expertise support Is In charge of budget and resources dedicated to achieving CoE objectives Act as Scrum master to organize delivery: be a servant leader and coach for a Pod (Agile Product Team), helps educate the Pod in Scrum and, helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement As per main responsibilities, the Kinaxis Platform Owner: Acts as a SPOC for Product Teams Is accountable for end-to-end deliveries on Kinaxis solution enhancements, considering integration layer & partners applications (build, test, move to prod) performed by the CoE Oversees L3 support activity on e2e solution and contributes actively to Operational excellence: Facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis. Drives and contributes to implementation of sustainable action plans Ensures proper knowledge management and documentation of reporting team Manages team skill & knowledge: develop sustainable functional/technical competencies to support the business and develop expertise in the technical solution configuration (i.e. Kinaxis) Ensures solution complies with domain guidance and that Digital solution meet all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, etc) and cybersecurity requirements and be responsible of deliver/validate compliant documentation on his domain of expertise Ensures compliance with the architecture standards and guidelines and ensure the correct interface between applications under the scope of responsibility. Ensures Kinaxis platform management (release management & governance, documentation, development rules, licenses & configuration) according to product & quality guidance. Drives communication with Software vendor for case/technical topics (improvement, issue resolution) Organizes & prioritizes activity from Center of Expertise. This includes resources allocation & budget management. Act as Scrum Master & therefore: o Works with product Owner and team daily o Establishes and refine processes that work for the team, o Helps the agile teams to work in an autonomous way and continuous improvement spirit, to identify and formalize obstacles and fix them, o Helps the Product Owner in his efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope, o Communicates with management and outside stakeholders; helps protect the team from uncontrolled expansion of work, o Leverages agile tracker tool (like Jira). o Experience in industry or consulting in digital / information system field o Experience in pharma or consumer goods industry o Experience on Supply Chain Planning Applications o Experience in team management
