Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the code to ensure its functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Perform unit testing and debugging of the code to ensure its functionality and performance. - Integrate Salesforce applications with other systems and third-party applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior professionals in Salesforce development. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and developing custom objects, workflows, and validation rules in Salesforce. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Recommendation 1: Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce Service Cloud. - Recommendation 2: Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics for data visualization and reporting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
