Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for developing Salesforce applications and ensuring they align with the organization's needs and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development and the ability to create efficient and effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Perform unit testing and debugging of Salesforce applications. - Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework and components. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
