Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, developing and implementing customizations, and providing technical support to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript to meet business requirements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Create technical design documents, including data models, entity relationship diagrams, and system architecture diagrams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, .NET, and SQL Server. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration. - Experience with web services, REST APIs, and integration with other systems. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
