Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the business and meet the required standards and specifications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and implement software solutions using SAP for Retail. - Test and debug applications to ensure their functionality and performance. - Ensure that the applications are aligned with the needs of the business and meet the required standards and specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP for Retail. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience with data migration and data integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA. - Experience with SAP Fiori development. - Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP for Retail. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
