Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with .NET Architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offshore and onshore and client to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: .NET Architecture - Must Have - .Net (C#) - Must Have - Azure API Management Services - Must Have - Azure DevOps (Pipelines - Build & Release) - Must Have - Azure DevOps (Repos - Source Control) - Must Have - Azure Functions - Must Have - Azure Log Analytics - Must have - Great communication skills and able to manage client Comminutions and problem solver - Good to Have - Azure App Services - Good to Have - Azure Application Insights (Function App etc.) - Good to Have - Azure Cloud Services (Security Services) - Good to Have - Azure Cosmos DB - Nice to Have - Agile/Scrum - Strong experience in software development and architecture. - Experience in leading and managing software development teams. - Expertise in software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software development projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
