Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any application issues that arise, as well as providing technical support and guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and requirements. - Design and develop software solutions to meet the specified requirements. - Ensure the applications meet the required standards and specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team. - Continuously enhance and optimize application performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Document and maintain application design and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - - Experience with web application development using Microsoft ASP.NET. - - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - - Knowledge of database systems and SQL. - - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - This position is based in Thiruvananthapuram. - A 15 years regular education is required.
