Summary: As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 9+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with related technologies such as Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and SQL. -Oracle Utilities C2M/MDM (Customer to Meter/Meter Data Management) -9+ years of experienced as a C2M Functional Consultant. -Must have at least 2 C2M/MDM implementation experience with end-to-end implementation experience in Power domain Experience in the field of requirements gathering, business process re-engineering/redesign, Function Design Analysis and Architectural Solution in Energy Utilities Ability to understand requirements & do fit gap analysis. -Configure the product as per the design and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design Able to create External Design Documents and conceptual solutions in C2M/MDM with reference to requirements. -Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, collections, case management, new connections, etc. Provide support to other team members when required. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. -should be flexible to travel on requirement basis.
