Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your typical day will involve analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and debug applications, as well as provide technical support and guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop software solutions using Java Full Stack Development technologies. - Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong knowledge of back-end technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Good understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
