Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, developing software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development. - Design, develop, and test software solutions that meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development methodologies and technologies, including experience with Agile Project Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies. - Experience with designing, developing, and testing software solutions. - Experience with providing technical guidance and support to junior developers. - Solid grasp of coding standards and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
