Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team for an exciting greenfield project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting front-end components to our core measurement engine. This position requires experience with Kotlin or JVM languages, strong collaborative skills, and the ability to integrate seamlessly with various systems. You will work closely with both frontend and backend teams, ensuring comprehensive coverage and compatibility across the project. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-quality backend code. - Experience integrating with APIs and working with RESTful services. Technical Skills: - Proven experience with Kotlin or other JVM languages. - Develop and maintain APIs to support the integration of front-end components with the measurement engine. - Proficiency in backend development frameworks and libraries. - Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data exchange between systems, following industry standards and best practices. - Familiarity with GIT source control and versioning. - Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines Methodologies: - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements. Design and UX: - Experience working with designs and UX flows created within tools like Figma, ensuring backend solutions support front-end requirements. - Ability to ensure backend solutions are compatible with front-end requirements and designs. Communication: - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide updates on progress.. - Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Actively listen to both frontend and measurement engine perspectives, identifying potential challenges and proactively thinking of solutions to mitigate risks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Kotlin Programming Language. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
