Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and are aligned with the business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the application requirements, designing and developing the applications, and configuring them to meet the business process needs. You will also be involved in testing and troubleshooting the applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and build applications according to business process and application requirements. - Configure applications to meet the specified requirements and align with the business needs. - Collaborate with the team to understand the application requirements and design solutions. - Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and building applications using SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration configuration and customization. - Experience in testing and troubleshooting applications. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. - Experience with SAP HCM modules such as Organizational Management and Time Management. - Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules and systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
