Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams, make key decisions, and provide solutions to problems. Your typical day will involve designing and developing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the applications meet the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the applications meet the required standards and specifications. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the applications. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the applications. - Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant. - Document the design, development, and testing processes for future reference. - Train and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Agile principles. - Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A Graduate degree is required.
