Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development for HANA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and techniques. - Experience with SAP development tools such as Eclipse and ABAP Development Tools. - Experience with SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
