Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet specific business needs. - Implement and maintain integrations with other systems. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and functionalities. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to analyze and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud performance. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 year of education is required.
